Shipping rates are and estimated calculated based on weight. Orders will generally leave our fulfillment center within 1 business day. For example: 

If you order on a Saturday, your package will generally be shipped out on the following Monday. If you order on a Monday, the package will leave either the same day or Tuesday depending on time of day the order was placed. 

We offer shipping rates provided directly from the shipping carrier. 

While we do our best to keep our stock as accurate as possible, there could be the occasional instance where the product you purchased is out of stock due to human error. In this event, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you either an alternative item or refund your purchase.

If you are ordering a Pre-Order item, your product will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. We typically provide an expected release date, however due to unforeseen delays and or circumstances we cannot guarantee the product will be available on that date. We will also do our best to notify you if there are any delays and update you as to when you can expect your product.
